Ministries of Christ Christian Mission

“Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.” Matthew 7:12 “Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.” James 1:27

Building the House of God

We plan to build places of worship all around the world in honor of the word of God. Haggai 1: 6-8 “Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes. Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways. Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the Lord.” This scripture fired in my heart the desire to build God's house. We do so in honor of Noah, who is one of our fathers in faith. God instructed him to build an ark to protect him and his family from the flood Gen 6:13-14 states “ And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh has come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.”

Abraham Moved

In 2020, God made it clear to us that he desired for us to plant a church. As we prayed for God’s wisdom, guidance, and providence, he directed us to move to Los Angeles, California and to begin the church there. By faith and in obedience to God’s instruction, we packed up our car and drove across the country to do God’s work. On our trip from Houston, TX to Los Angeles, CA, we reflected on those who had gone before us, especially Abraham and Sarah. Genesis 12:1, 4 “Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee … So Abram departed, as the Lord had spoken unto him.” We knew that we had been called by God to do the work of ministry, and there was no looking back. Jesus said that “No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God” (Luke 9:62).
